Laurel Davis
Laurel Davis is a Student Enrichment Coordinator for The Upward Bound Math & Science Center at Delaware Technical Community College in Georgetown, DE. She is a third-year doctoral student at Wilmington University. Her research focus is on improving the college experience for neurodiverse students. She aims to open an art studio and social café to promote autism inclusion and employment in her Ocean City, Maryland community.

Jasmine is the Alaska State President and NAEOP Government Relations Chair. She is an advisor for Talent Search at two of the most diverse schools in Anchorage, Alaska.
Milary Tavarez, M.Ed
Milary is the Educational Talent Search (ETS) counselor/coordinator at the Community College of Rhode Island. Milary has a diverse educational background, including an undergraduate degree in Youth Development from Rhode Island College, and certifications in non-profit studies, Career Coaching, and Immigration Law from Cornell University. Additionally, she is an alumna of College Leadership Rhode Island and holds a master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Milary is currently pursuing another master's degree in Youth Development at Rhode Island College
Kelsey Anderson
Kelsey is the Assistant Director of TRIO Student Support Services at Helena College, University of Montana. Kelsey has her Master's degree in Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Kelsey also serves as the Montana President for ASPIRE.
Dr. Kimberly Williams - Mentor
Kimberly Williams is the Executive Director of TRIO and Educational Opportunity Programs at Nevada State University and has served twice as a mentor for COE’s Executive Leadership Institute. Dr. Williams has worked with pre-college and college students for over three decades and is the founding Director of Nevada State’s Upward Bound and McNair Programs. Over the years, Dr. Williams has held numerous leadership positions including a three-year term representing TRIO Programs in AZ, CA, NV, and the Pacific Islands as the President of WESTOP. In 2024, Dr. Williams was selected as a recipient of the Nevada State University’s Climbing Mountains Award. Dr. Williams holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration and Education and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction. She is proud to be a first-generation college student and passionate about helping people realize their dreams.
